Health Care Provider Classes

This class is for those who are in the health care field.

Minimum of 4 max of 8 participants for the class. (Call the station for larger class sizes.)

Heartsaver Classes

This class is for those people who are not in a healthcare field and would like the knowledge and skills to be certified in CPR, AED, or First Aid.

Minimum of 4 max of 8 participants for the class. (Call the station for larger class sizes.)

Times and Scheduling for classes

• CPR/AED/FA classes are 6 hrs long
• CPR/AED classes are 4 hrs long
• Renewal classes are 3 hrs long
• First Aid classes are 3 hrs long

Scheduling of classes is on a first come first serve basis and will be held at the Rootstown Fire Station. Please call the Rootstown Fire Department at 330-325-7233 and ask for Captain Tabeling to schedule classes. These classes are for Rootstown Township residents, businesses or organizations within Rootstown Township only.
