The regular meeting of the ROOTSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS for Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. will be held at the Rootstown Town Hall.
On the agenda:
- An application for a variance from Section 310.07 A for property located at 4732 Sundown Trail (Sandy Lake Assn.) in an R-2 District for the construction of a new house which because of the need for a grade level basement garage in the front, will exceed the maximum height by a few feet. Variance for the footprint has previously been granted. This variance is sought for the allowance of a lower basement while keeping the rear portion of the house at the grade level it currently occupies. The site is a sandbank which rises above the road.
