A special meeting of the Rootstown Township Board of Trustees opened on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 7:30 AM.

Those in attendance were Trustees Diane Dillon, Bonnie Howe, Brett Housley, Attorney Chris Meduri, Road Superintendent, Darrell Stephens and Attorney William Simon.

Resolution No. 2010-084 - Motion was made by Bonnie Howe and seconded by Brett Housley to move into executive session at 7:31 AM to discuss personnel issues. Upon roll call the vote as follows: Diane Dillon, yea, Bonnie Howe, yea, Brett Housley, yea.

Resolution No. 2010-085 - Upon conclusion of the above referenced discussion a motion was made by Brett Housley and seconded by Bonnie Howe that the Rootstown Township Trustees move out of executive session at 8:35 AM. Upon roll call the vote as follows: Diane Dillon, yea, Bonnie Howe, yea, Brett Housley, yea.

After exiting Executive Session, the Rootstown Board of Trustees will be providing the Road Supervisor with rules of operation for the Road Crew and Road Supervisor responsibilities, as well as timely expectations of improvements for the position of Road Crew Superintendent.

Resolution No. 2010-086 - Motion was made to adjourn at 8:45 AM.
