The special meeting of the Rootstown Township Trustees opened at 4:30 p.m. on September 20, 2007. Those in attendance were Trustees Bonnie Howe, Diane Dillon and David Armentrout, and JoAnn Townend, Fiscal Officer.

The special meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.

Proposals to construct a 1.6 acre pond; to cut in and rough grade a roadway of approximately 1600 feet at the park were opened and read aloud by JoAnn Townend.

The proposals opened and read aloud were as follows:

A discussion by the Trustees regarding the proposals received followed and it was determined that additional information from the proposers would be needed.

Resolution No. 2007-137 – Motion made by David Armentrout and seconded by Diane Dillon to continue the discussion on the proposals at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Trustees on September 25, 2007. Upon roll call the vote was as follows: David Armentrout, yea; Diane Dillon, yea; Bonnie Howe, yea.

Resolution No. 2007–138 - Motion by Diane Dillon and seconded by Bonnie Howe to adjourn at 5:05 p.m.
