Minutes of the Meeting of the Rootstown Township Zoning Board of Appeals
March 18, 2008

The regular meeting of the ROOTSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was held on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. at the Rootstown Town Hall.

Those present:
Troy Cutright, Chairman
Eugene Mills
Patricia Saillant
Deron Boring
Jennifer Milnes
Diane Esola

Those absent:
James Manion

Also in attendance:
Zoning Inspector, Jim Mahood
Assistant Zoning Inspector, Van Black
ZBA Secretary, Mary Ann Greer

Mr. Cutright called the meeting order. Mr. Cutright introduced the Board members and explained the evenings' procedures.

Resolution ZBA 2008-004. Mr. Mills made a motion to accept the minutes of the February 19, 2008 with the following changes, page 3, paragraph 2, Township should be capitalized, Trustees should be capitalized, paragraph 5, dumpster should not be capitalized, page 5, paragraph 1, dumpster should not be capitalized, page 5, paragraph 5, should read "Mr. Smith said he might see", page 6, paragraph 3, should read "construction of the", Mills should be capitalized, and page 6, paragraph 6, Milnes voted Yes not No. Mrs. Saillant seconded it. The motion carried unanimously (5/0).

Mrs. Saillant made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mrs. Milnes seconded.

Mr. Cutright adjourned the meeting.
