The copy alcove has a combo copier/fax/printer. All office computers are networked to print here. In addition, our dispatch in Ravenna City is tied in. This helps speed up the paperwork process required to be completed after a call. This machine also serves as a general copier and fax machine.

Located on the counter is an alpha mate paging system. All department members have a pager and this proides us the abiltiy to communicate to the department as a whole, individual shifts, or just one individual. Dispatch also has this system and all calls are transmitted through the paging system in addition to minitor radio pagers.

The cabinets allow us to store departmental stationary, mailing supplies, copy paper, and miscellaneous office items.
