Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a five (5)-member board made up of Rootstown residents who volunteer their time to hear and decide variances and appeals of the Rootstown Township Zoning Resolutions. The Board of Appeals also hears requests for conditional use permits, for the use of lands and buildings specifically listed in the Rootstown Township Zoning Resolution.
